I Highly Recommend the HighFidelity Carenado Piper Seneca V (PA34T) Turbocharged piston aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator (M.S.F.S.).

Product Synopsis and Overview:

Longtime high-fidelity flight simulator producer Carenado has digitally recreated a high-fidelity Piper Seneca V (PA34T) Turbocharged piston aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The detailed product specifications and purchase portal can be accessed by clicking here. The product specification webpage is visual & graphically appealing, while also providing specific and concise information that is, or should be, Essential.

Scope and Goal:

The scope of this review is to evaluate the overall quality, in association its degree of fidelity, and the effective utility within the simulation.

The goal of this review is to have a robust review of the product, the product performance, and the Carenado Piper Seneca V (PA34T) Turbocharged piston aircraft.

I have done extensive, rigorous, and prolonged testing for this review.

The final version tested is the newest version filed in the MSFS in simulator Marketplace, which is currently version 1.3. The aircraft can only be purchased within the MSFS in simulator Marketplace.

Most of the flight testing and Final flight model and flight dynamics testing was conducted with the Precision Flight Controls Yoke and Throttle set detailed and referenced below.

Testing Specifications:

Manuals:

Carenado freely provides all simulator manuals on their product description page at the bottom on the “Docs” page for customer’s pre-purchase review. The download link is available by clicking double clicking your left mouse button right here.

The provided manuals are solid and well written with sufficient illustrations and screenshots. Aircraft takeoff performance charts, takeoff and landing charts, center of gravity (C.G.) charts, and cruise power tables are all included and present, which is happily received by the customers. The charts and tables for the real aircraft this was modeled from should have been included in the manual.

Score: 9 out of 10

Graphics & Texture Quality:

The overall graphics quality including texture sharpness and clarity at native 4K/Ultra-High-Definition (U.H.D.) Resolutions are Phenomenal, as expected, and is the Trademark of all Carenado products. In the right lighting and viewpoint angle conditions, the exterior aircraft reflections look PHENOMENAL and should mirror those of the real life aircraft.

Score: 10 out of 10

Flight Dynamics & Flight Modeling Quality:

The final version tested was version 1.3 .

The flight model and flight dynamics are Spectacular. I took the aircraft through Rigorous flight envelope testing and single engine flight. It is by far the best twin engine flight simulation I have encountered to day. While I have not flown a real life Piper Seneca, though have flown a fast Piper Twin Comanche in real life, I would expect the simulation flight dynamics and flight model to mirror a real life Piper Seneca V. Carenado notes on their product webpage that the simulation has been rigorously tested by several real life Piper Seneca V pilots.

Score: 10 out of 10

Aircraft Systems Quality:

The final version tested was version 1.3 .

Carendo has provided sufficient and solid systems as they have done historically. However, they have greatly improved the quality of the systems at product release over the decades.

Recommendation:

I Highly Recommend the HighFidelity Carenado Piper Seneca V (PA34T) Turbocharged piston aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The simulation is an Absolute Pleasure, Delight, and Treasure to Fly!!!!!!!!

This simulation appears to mimic the real aircraft flying the actual real life Piper Seneca from the pilots’ seat. The $29.99 United Stated Dollar (U.S.D.) price point is right on! The version tested is the most current version 1.3. Other than adding increased systems depth and fidelity, I see no significant or notable areas needing corrections and/or improvements.
